Eminent Domain and Condemntation of Property

Eminent Domain or condemnation of property is the power of the state and other government entities to seize property for use by the public. One example of eminent domain is: the government condemns a block of homes because the property is needed to build an interstate highway.

When private property is taken by the government, you, as the owner, are entitled to receive just and fair compensation for your property. If you want a real chance to obtain the full value of your property, call the Whitten Law firm for an experienced attorney to protect your interests and to ensure the condemning party is not unnecessarily seizing your property or unfairly compensating you for your property.
